By registering with Shadi Shubh, visiting our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (21 for males as per Indian law for marriage).
  • You must be legally eligible to marry as per the laws of India.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Parents or legal guardians may register on behalf of eligible individuals.

3. Registration & Membership

  • Registration is subject to identity verification and approval by our team.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any registration without stating reasons.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy.
  • One person can maintain only one active profile at any given time.
  • You must inform us immediately if your circumstances change (e.g., engagement, marriage).

4. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or family background.
  • Treat all matches and their families with respect and dignity.
  • Not use our services for any purpose other than genuine matrimonial matchmaking.
  • Inform us promptly if you wish to deactivate your profile.
  • Not share or disclose profiles and personal information of other members.

5. Our Services

Shadi Shubh acts as a facilitator for matrimonial matchmaking. We:

  • Verify profiles to the best of our ability but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of member-provided information.
  • Suggest compatible matches based on our assessment but cannot guarantee mutual interest.
  • Facilitate introductions and meetings but the final decision rests with the families.
  • Provide counseling and guidance but are not responsible for the outcome of marriages.

6. Refund Policy

  • If no suitable match is found within your plan duration, you are eligible for a 50% refund or free plan extension.
  • “Suitable match” is defined as a match meeting at least 80% of your stated preferences.
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of plan expiry.
  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.
  • No refund is applicable if you found a match through our service, regardless of plan utilization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shadi Shubh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to losses from matches, meetings, or any interaction facilitated through our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Shadi Shubh and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any membership if a member violates these terms, provides false information, engages in inappropriate behavior, or for any reason we deem necessary to protect our members and services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.
